Within Canada:

Orders are processed immediately on receipt, and shipped (as soon as completed) by Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. Tracking is available within Canada for this service. If you have not received your order within 14 days, please contact us and we will initiate a search for your order.

Shipping & handling within Canada is charged at the following rates:

Maximum number of items per shipment = 6 (except Kennel Totes, where the maximum number = 12)

GST of 5% is collected on shipping & handling to Canadian addresses.

United States orders:

Orders are processed immediately on receipt, and shipped (as soon as completed) by Canada Post Expedited US Parcel Service. Tracking is available for this service. If you have not received your order within 30 days, please contact us and we will initiate a search for your order.

Shipping & handling to the United States is charged at the following rates:

International Shipments:

International shipments are handled on an individual basis. Please contact us for rates.

Local Orders:

We are located in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada. You can avoid shipping charges by picking up your order at a local Dog Show. Please check our Show Schedule prior to placing your order to see if we will be coming to a show in your area.
