Shipping & Handling Charges

Within Canada:

Orders are processed immediately on receipt, and shipped (as soon as completed) by Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. Tracking is available within Canada for this service. If you have not received your order within 14 days, please contact us and we will initiate a search for your order.

Shipping & handling within Canada is charged at the following rates:

United States orders:

Orders are processed immediately on receipt, and shipped (as soon as completed) by Canada Post Expedited US Parcel Service. Tracking is available for this service. If you have not received your order within 21 days, please contact us and we will initiate a search for your order.

Shipping & handling to the United States is charged at the following rates:

There is no tax charged on shipping & handling to United States addresses.

International Shipments:

International shipments are handled on an individual basis. Please contact us for rates.

Local Orders:

We are located in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada. You can avoid shipping charges by picking up your order at a local Dog Show. Please check our Show Schedule prior to placing your order to see if we will be coming to a show in your area. Orders for pick-up must be placed by personal contact by email or phone.

Returns:

If we make a mistake on your order or your item is damaged during shipment, we will make it right! Just contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement. However, since each item is made up one order at a time specifically for you, Dogon Designs does not accept returns in the event you change your mind after you receive shipment. Please check your size and order information carefully.
